RIO's staff has working knowledge and demonstrated application of environmental permitting requirements
(NESHAPS, FCAA, PSD and Federal Operating Permits), as well as extensive knowledge and application of
Texas environmental permitting requirements including permit by rules and new source reviews,
and stormwater and wastewater permits. RIO's environmental program enables the timely implementation
of client's activities by providing the technical leadership and support needed to assure compliance
with all necessary environmental requirements.
