Technical Consulting
RIO’s Consulting, Engineering, and Planning services encompasses the complete life-cycle of planning, environmental assessment, engineering design, construction management, and facilities operations for projects across the United States. We provide solutions for a broad range of markets, including domestic government, commercial facilities, and energy infrastructure.
Construction Management
RIO performs Construction Management of industrial and energy projects, with prior project construction costs up to $63 million. As construction manager, RIO collaborates with owners, engineers, architects and consultants throughout the construction process, from groundbreaking to facility occupation, including preconstruction review, scheduling, procurement, design-build and construction coordination and supervision. This high level of involvement affords our clients enhanced control over costs, schedule, quality, start-up and warranties. RIO supports domestic energy companies to develop onshore U.S. energy sources. RIO’s experience and capabilities in today’s energy market allows it to focus on three main market sectors: upstream, midstream and renewables.
Bookkeeping and Bookkeeping Consulting
RIO provides Bookkeeping and Bookkeeping Consulting services to small to medium sized businesses and family offices. RIO utilizes QuickBooks Online as well as the traditional desktop version of QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
RIO customizes the level of bookkeeping support that each client needs and we provide a range of services from basic support to full bookkeeping including payroll and withholdings. Our bookkeepers can provide the following services:
